In the role of Elle, Lucie Jones is incredible. Elle`s journey is incredible. It`s a journey that starts on a whim, but follows an arc of incredible self-realization that can`t be respected. It may not sound like it, but she is one of the greatest female musical theater roles ever written. It`s right up there and requires a performance of substance and Lucie Jones delivers in abundance! Based on the hit film of the same name, Legally Blonde the Musical follows the journey of the infamous Elle Woods, a fashion-conscious UCLA sorority who turned her life upside down when she was abandoned by her Warner boyfriend.
